Cheeky crow

She is getting pretty sneaky. We've caught her numerous times eating toilet paper, as you'll see...but the oreos was probably the most hilarious. That was her first chocolate (even before birthday cake) and she seemed very pleased.

4th of July

We spent 4th of July at the Gaylord Texas on Lake Grapevine. Aunt Mandy joined us and we saw Victoria's first fireworks show. Those pictures didn't turn out but we alway have her star spangled outfit pics to remember it by.

Looks who's 1!!

I know she won't remember it, but it was one of the best days of my life! We had all her aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and friends stop by. It was a perfect day with a family party during the day and friend party that evening. She is very blessed to have so many people that love her (but what's not to love). Thanks for all the lovely presents.

10 Month Pictures

I know...it's supposed to be 9 month pictures, but we were a little behind on 6 months so I figured we should be consistent and be late for 9 and 12 months too!

She was such a ham at this photo-shoot and had the whole place watching her pose! The beach background looks so real, but it's just a backdrop (we only wish we were there:)

Hope you enjoy them like we do.

Off to a great start in 2010

We spent a lot of January chasing this crawler around the house. She's so fast and clearly loving the new-found independence.

In February, Victoria has gone from crawling to pulling herself up on anything she can. Chairs, dishwashers, toy boxes, couches, you name it, she has NO FEAR. The average number of daily head-bumps, etc has gone up about 200% since she has become mobile, but suprisingly, she doesn't scare easily and is a tough one!

If you can't tell, we're enjoying this age immensely. We have about 2 hours of random video also (and one day I'll figure out how to get that on this blog). We know that when she starts talking back and going through teenage years, that we'll cherish all the pictures and video from Victoria's 9th and 10th months.

On the move...
What do we have in here?
I love this walker!
Higher, Mommy, higher!!
All this mobility really wears a girl out.

Victoria's First Christmas!

What a lovely first Christmas with Victoria. It is awesome to have so much wonderful family around.

Christmas Eve we went to mass with Grandma and Grandad Greenough and Aunt Mandy, followed by a beautiful prime rib and yorkshire pudding dinner (thanks Dad) and a nice toast (or two:)

Christmas morning Grandma and Grandad Greenough and Aunt Mandy joined us at our house and Victoria was adorable all morning.

At noon we went to Linda's and had a lovely time with all the Schneider family. The cousins are all so cute and now with Jamie and Jeff giving us a new one next May...it is exciting. Two high chairs next year, can't wait!

Is this all mine?

I've been wanting one of these!

I feel pretty...

Wow, that was fun!

Mine.... all mine!

Thank you all for the presents...now I will crawl for you, as your present!!

I'm done...I am so loved.

My friend, Cindy, from Memory Works Digital took some priceless photos of Victoria. I hope you enjoy as much as we do!

We are looking forward to her 1st Christmas!

Almost six months now...big girl!

I'm sitting up now. It's a different world from this perspective!

I have nice buns!!

I found my feet... they're delicious!

Two bottom teeth showing and a top tooth on the way!!

My First Halloween

Baptism

We had Victoria's Baptism on Oct.18th. She had her first headcold and couldn't breath the night before, but in spite of that, she was a perfect angel during the service. She was entertaining because each time the pastor asked a rhetorical question, she would 'answer'. It was very cute. We had all of Brad's and my immediate families, Tom and Deb Lightner, Mark Rosenberg and Kenny Maier all there for the occasion. Thanks to them all for being a part of it, especially to Victoria's God-parents, Deanne and Kevin. If you can see the bracelet she's wearing...that is the same one I wore for my Baptism 30 years ago.
